Southern Tide seeks an energetic retail crew member in our Savannah store to assist with daily operations, engage customers, and safeguard assets. You will present merchandise, build client relationships, and support cash handling and inventory tasks.

We value 2+ years in retail, strong product knowledge, and teamwork. This role requires flexibility in hours, including weekends, with emphasis on delivering brand-aligned service and fashion advice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Advanced computer skills: Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand by interacting with customers.
• Provide merchandising suggestions to improve sales.
• Build a personal client book.
• Learn the point-of-sale software and troubleshoot in absence of managers.
• Handle routine register transactions and store opening/closing tasks.
• Share current product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
• Participate in store meetings and strive to exceed sales/service goals.
• Safeguard store assets and manage inventory accuracy.
