Job summary

Southern Tide, LLC is seeking a Keyholder to support daily store operations, assist customers, and safeguard assets. You will merchandise with brand consistency, build client books, and ensure accurate POS transactions while staying informed on product knowledge and promotions.

You will collaborate with management to boost sales, participate in meetings, and help maintain store standards with a focus on service excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel and Word.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand by interacting with customers and providing merchandise suggestions.
• Provide merchandising input to management to improve sales.
• Build a personal client book and develop repeat customers.
• Learn and use the point-of-sale system; troubleshoot in the absence of store leadership.
• Handle routine register transactions, inventory receiving and transfers, and opening/closing the store.
• Share product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience with fit guidance and styling advice.
• Participate in store meetings and strive to exceed sales and service goals.
