Southern Tide is seeking a Keyholder to support daily store operations, assist customers, and protect store assets. You’ll sell merchandise aligned with the brand and build a personal client base.

The role requires 2+ years of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. You’ll work varied hours, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for growth and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand by interacting with customers.
• Provide merchandising ideas to improve sales to management.
• Build a personal client book for repeat business.
• Learn the POS system and assist in store operations when needed.
• Handle routine register transactions and inventory tasks.
• Share current product knowledge and offer fashion advice.
• Participate in store meetings to exceed sales/service goals.
• Safeguard store assets and maintain inventory integrity.
• Open/close registers and store in manager's absence.
