Zwilling's Assembly Row store in Somerville, MA is seeking a Part-Time Retail Keyholder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves premium kitchen brands. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating products, and contributing to a welcoming shopping experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include driving sales toward store goals, maintaining attractive merchandising, supporting events and promotions, managing shipments, and using the CRM to nurture

Qualifications

What You Bring

• A genuine passion for cooking, food, or culinary products
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules as needed
• A positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic retail environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and safely use a ladder when needed
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Compensation

• $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience
