Zwilling J.A. Henckels is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder for our Antioch, TN store. The role focuses on leadership during shifts, opening/closing, and delivering outstanding customer service to drive sales.

The position supports replenishment, inventory control, and event coordination with the Events Manager. Ideal candidates are flexible, customer-oriented, with strong communication and a culinary passion.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $16.00 To $17.50 Hourly

ZWILLING is looking for a part-time Retail Keyholder to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate should be a results-driven, self-motivated, team player, with a strong focus on customer service, leading by example, and a culinary passion!

In this role, you can be expected to do the following:

• Shift leadership responsibilities
• Store opening and closing responsibilities along with POS and asset management
• Partner with manager on day-to-day business needs
• Efficiently process replenishment to maintain adequate inventory levels
• Provide stellar customer service to maximize sales and elevate customer experience
• Maintain optimal product presentation in accordance with set standards
• Execute product demonstrations and special events
• Partner with the Events Manager on special events

Incentives:

• Hourly base pay for this position will be $16.00 to $17.50
