ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC in Somerville, MA is seeking a Retail Keyholder to lead by example on the sales floor while supporting daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and sales performance.

You will demonstrate premium cutlery, cookware, and kitchen tools, helping customers find the right products and sharing your passion for cooking and quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience; keyholder or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and safely use a ladder as needed.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, as this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
