Job summary

Zwilling J.A. Henckels is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Assembly Row store in Somerville, MA. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, recommending products, and building lasting relationships with shoppers.

You will demonstrate premium cutlery, cookware, and kitchen tools, contributing to a dynamic retail environment near Assembly Row and MBTA access. Prior retail experience is valued; flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

What You Bring

• A genuine passion for cooking, food, or culinary products
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules as needed
• A positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic retail environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and safely use a ladder when needed
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
