ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder to join our sales team in the United States. The right candidate is results-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about cooking, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead shift responsibilities, handle store opening/closing with POS and asset management, work with the manager on daily needs, and ensure strong product presentation and inventory levels while supporting product demos and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift responsibilities and store operations.
• Open and close the store; manage POS and assets.
• Collaborate with the manager on daily needs.
• Replenish inventory to maintain stock levels.
• Provide stellar customer service to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain optimal product presentation according to standards.
• Execute product demonstrations and support events.
• Partner with Events Manager on special events.

ZWILLING is looking for a part-time Retail Keyholder to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate should be a results-driven, self-motivated, team player, with a strong focus on customer service, leading by example, and a culinary passion!

In this role, you can be expected to do the following:

• Shift leadership responsibilities
• Store opening and closing responsibilities along with POS and asset management
• Partner with manager on day-to-day business needs
• Efficiently process replenishment to maintain adequate inventory levels
• Provide stellar customer service to maximize sales and elevate customer experience
• Maintain optimal product presentation in accordance with set standards
• Execute product demonstrations and special events
• Partner with the Events Manager on special events

Incentives:

• Hourly base pay for this position will be $16.00 to $17.50
• Seven paid sick days per calendar year
