ZWILLING J.A. Henckels is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder for the North Georgia Factory Store in Dawsonville, GA. You will lead on the sales floor, provide outstanding customer service, open and close the store, and support daily operations while promoting premium cookware and cutlery.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for cooking. This role offers hourly pay of $17–$18 plus benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience; keyholder or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and safely use a ladder as needed.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, as this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge to every shopper.
• Drive sales and help achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Open and close the store, following company policies and cash-handling procedures.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and sales floor execution.
• Demonstrate ZWILLING products and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness standards.
• Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, and stock replenishment.
• Support promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and CRM initiatives.
• Serve as a role model for company values and customer service excellence.
