Zwilling J.A. Henckels is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder for our Antioch, TN store. The role focuses on leadership during shifts, opening/closing, and delivering outstanding customer service to drive sales.

The position supports replenishment, inventory control, and event coordination with the Events Manager. Ideal candidates are flexible, customer-oriented, with strong communication and a culinary passion.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift 35 lbs or more and use a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and handle store opening/closing with POS and asset management.
• Collaborate with the manager on daily business needs.
• Process replenishment to maintain inventory levels.
• Provide stellar customer service to maximize sales and enhance experience.
• Maintain product presentation according to standards.
• Execute product demonstrations and support events.
• Partner with Events Manager on special events.
