The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a Retail Key Holder – Full-Time to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support the management team, drive daily sales, and step in as Manager On Duty when needed, while maintaining inventory, pricing and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction (required).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (holidays, weekends) as a part-time associate.

Responsibilities

• Direct support for Management Team; execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals; support others as they do the same.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager & Assistant Manager.
• Efficiently process customer transactions and merchandise shelves; price products accordingly.
• Master product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts team.
• Maintain store maintenance; follow loss prevention standards; ensure product receipts are processed and shelves stocked.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
