K&G Fashion Superstore in Austin, TX is seeking a Retail Key Holder to support the Store Manager and drive sales through coaching, team development, and operational excellence while on duty. You will open and close the store as the manager on duty, and lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with strong leadership and communication skills, able to train staff and work collaboratively to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgement and pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
