K&G Fashion Superstore is seeking a Retail Key Holder to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and operational excellence. You will coach a team, manage duties on the floor, and help execute priorities to maximize performance while upholding store standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to open/close the store as the manager on duty. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to coach a team.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales and service goals.
• Coach and develop store team to maintain a high performing environment.
• Open and close shop as manager on duty when scheduled.
• Ensure branding, merchandising and store standards are met.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and feedback to leadership.
