Job summary

K&G Fashion Superstore in Irving, TX is seeking a Retail Key Holder to partner with the Store Manager in coaching the team, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence when on duty. You will be assigned store keys to open and close the store, leading by example as the manager on duty.

You will support the management team in achieving sales, service and operational goals while fostering an inclusive, high-performing store environment and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
