Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff seeks a Key Holder to manage opening/closing duties and support for staff in a fast-paced retail setting. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and help new employees adapt to store procedures.

You will assist with inventory, price accuracy, and security, while handling cash and daily deposits. A team-oriented mindset and ability to work flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; be available during peak hours of operation and availability to support stores on nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, and assist in the absence of management.
• Support for new employees and high-volume periods to drive sales and customer service.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Process cash transactions accurately, open/close tills, count cash, and prepare deposits.
• Assist with inventory tasks, restocking, counts, and discrepancy identification.
• Ensure price accuracy and provide receipts; handle refunds and exchanges.
• Monitor floor security and adhere to loss-prevention procedures.
• Train new staff on procedures, product knowledge, and service standards.
