Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to support Retail Operations. You will open and close the store, assist during peak times, and guide new staff while delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

You’ll know in-house products to recommend to customers, participate in inventory tasks, handle cash, and maintain store standards. A strong team player is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; be available during peak hours of operation and availability to support stores on nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and informing customers about products and services.
• Open and close the store; assist during high volume periods and support new employees.
• Maintain knowledge of in-house products to make recommendations and support sales.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, counts, and discrepancies.
