K&G Fashion Superstore is seeking a Retail Key Holder in Brooklyn Center, MN to partner with the Store Manager and support sales, service, and operations.

The role involves open/close responsibilities as manager on duty, coaching staff, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a value-driven environment.

Candidates should have retail experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and be comfortable with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative with good judgement and business instincts.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Manager to coach staff and meet sales, service and operations goals.
• Open and close the store as manager on duty and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead by example, communicate priorities, and train team on procedures.
• Use store reports to drive business decisions and performance.
• Participate in outreach and handle customer inquiries to drive loyalty.
• Create an engaging, inclusive store environment and brand standards.
