Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet personal and store sales goals by ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Supports opening/closing duties (registers, deposits, backroom restock).
• Ensure building is secure when leaving (alarm set, doors locked).
• Keep sales floor clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Greet and assist customers while building relationships for a great experience.
• Handle customer issues regarding orders and returns; escalate with urgency.
• Reach out to client base via email, phone, and text to strengthen relationships.
• Develop and maintain returning client business.
