Job summary

Everything But Water is seeking a Key Holder for South Seas to partner with Store Management to create a customer-centric environment and uphold the company’s service standards and operations. You will supervise associates, support coverage, and model the selling approach.

Delivering confident, knowledgeable service and maintaining pristine brand presentation are core. You will align actions with sales goals and lead by example to drive results.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to stand eight hours, climb a ladder, and lift at least 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs, adequate shift coverage and at times supervise Sales Associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the Company’s selling model in a confident and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards.
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
