Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and cloud networks.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network health, performance, and security.
• Implement patches, firmware updates, and security enhancements.
• Support POS systems and store technology platforms.
• Provide end user support and training on technology tools.
• Manage store security, video systems, and vendor relationships.
• Document procedures and participate in incident response.
