Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and perform store tasks while delivering Legendary Customer Experience. You will greet customers, uncover needs, recommend products, and help load purchases in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience is not required; training is provided. The role involves varied shifts, safety duties, and basic computer use as part of a supportive team at our stores in California.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights/weekends as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, understand needs, recommend products, add value, and thank customers.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions per procedures.
• Recover merchandise, complete merchandising and freight procedures, and assist customers with loading purchases.
