GoTo Foods, LLC is seeking a Technology Operations Coordinator to manage technology aspects of new store openings, transfers, POS conversions, relocations, and remodels. You will work with franchisees, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, smooth deployments across our restaurant technology platforms.

The role requires solid technical aptitude, experience with POS systems, and the ability to analyze deployment data to support decision-making and issue resolution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for the role.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail/restaurant tech or IT project/operations.
• Experience with POS systems, hardware, software, networking, and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee technology readiness for new store openings, transfers, conversions, and remodels.
• Coordinate deployments with franchisees, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop deployment trackers and dashboards to monitor progress.
• Create and update reports and queries using Excel and Smartsheet.
• Lead root cause analysis for Retail IT deployment issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
