Levi Strauss & Co. in Canada seeks a Manager, Retail Inventory Operations to optimize product availability and in-store efficiency across the US and Canada store fleet.

You will own the in-store inventory strategy, inbound/outbound logistics, and the point-of-sale technology roadmap, reporting to the Senior Director of Retail Enablement & Operations and leading a small team. Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management, retail operations analytics, labor planning, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, data modeling; strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Ability to present to executive leadership and influence cross-functional teams to deliver objectives.
• Strong collaboration with field teams, Finance, IT, and Product teams.
• Knowledge of retail processes and service models; identify opportunities to improve operating routines.
• Experience leading direct reports or project teams with coaching and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Design, document, and oversee in-store logistics processes (receiving, unpacking, sorting, returns, transfers, outbound shipments).
• Implement strategies to maximize on-floor in-stocks and product availability using RFID tools.
• Establish training and compliance standards to maintain inventory accuracy across sales floor, back-of-house, and staging areas.
• Serve as operational liaison with Transportation and Supply Chain for cadence, windows, and carrier performance.
• Lead omni-channel capability management for Buy Online; Pick Up In Store, Ship From Store, and other offerings.
• Develop strategies to reduce shrink with Loss Prevention and Finance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Design and execute internal inventory audit programs to address risks before losses occur.
• Partner with Digital/Technology teams to manage in-store technology roadmap and prioritize high-impact projects.
• Oversee lifecycle management, replacement, procurement and deployment of in-store hardware (POS, scanners, mobile devices, networking).
• Advocate for store associates and consumers in system design to ensure intuitive, reliable tools.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Inventory and Technology Operations Specialists.
• Collaborate with Retail Training to ensure effective rollout of processes and change management.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders across Retail Operations, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain.
