Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead store operations to drive sales and brand equity.
• Provide excellent customer service using The 3C's framework: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed sales and performance goals daily.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Support stock replenishment and RFID inventory processes.
• Ensure cash handling, security and loss prevention procedures.
