We're looking for a Manager, Retail Inventory Operations, to support optimal product availability and operational efficiency within the US and Canada retail store fleet. This role leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of all in-store inventory management (inbound/outbound logistics) and serves as the primary business owner for the in-store technology roadmap and our point-of-sale system. The ultimate goal is to minimize inventory loss (shrink) while equipping store teams with the best possible processes and technology to deliver a world-class customer experience.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management, retail operations analytics, labor planning, or related analytical roles Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, data modeling, strong analytical skills, financial acumen, knowledge of retail stores and service models Ability to present to executive leadership, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ability to influence cross-functional teams and partners to drive projects forward deliver on objectives Strong collaboration skills and experience working with diverse cross-functional partners, including field teams, Finance, IT, and Product teams Working knowledge of retail processes and service models, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve operating routines Experience leading direct reports or project teams, with the ability to coach, prioritize work, and drive execution through others
