Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Manager, Retail Inventory Operations to lead in-store logistics across a large U.S. store network. You will own inventory strategy, from receiving to returns, and drive improvements in availability and accuracy while leveraging RFID and other technologies.

You will guide a small team, collaborate with Retail Operations, IT, Finance and other functions, and help reduce shrink while enabling intuitive processes and reliable technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce management or retail operations analytics.
• Strong knowledge of retail store operations and inventory processes.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with data modeling and financial analysis.
• Experience leading direct reports or project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve in-store logistics processes.
• Lead omni-channel inventory and fulfillment capabilities.
• Own in-store technology roadmap with IT and Digital.
• Oversee lifecycle of store hardware including POS.
• Develop inventory audit programs and shrink reduction strategies.
• Coach and develop a small team.
