Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking an Operations Expert to drive sales and customer experience through strong operations and inventory accuracy. You will mentor the team, ensure compliance with Retail Inventory processes, and deliver items from Runner requests to customers while supporting an exceptional store experience.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, coordinate product fulfillment, monitor inventory data for variances, and uphold Apple’s inclusive values in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and carry product within the store environment.
• Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory receiving, counting, returning and shipping tasks per Retail Inventory processes.
• Distribute product from Runner requests to customers and team members to support an exceptional experience.
• Support Operations Specialists by sharing knowledge about Retail Inventory processes.
• Monitor inventory in the system for accuracy and identify variance trends and root causes.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple's values in daily work.
