Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking an Operations Specialist to ensure product availability, complete inventory tasks, and support preservation standards. You will engage with customers, deliver products, and apply product expertise to boost sales while contributing to an inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, counting, returning, shipping, and restocking tasks, alongside supporting a smooth product flow and the broader store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
• Able to lift and carry product to various locations within and nearby the store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete receiving, counting, returning and shipping tasks per Retail Inventory processes.
• Fulfill product orders and deliver items to customers and team members to support an exceptional customer experience.
• Support inventory process changes through training resources and communications.
• Perform demo and restocking tasks to support technology and merchandising priorities.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining Apple preservation standards and related procedures.
