Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in leadership, inventory control, and daily store operations. You will help ensure regulatory compliance and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior management and cash handling experience, and strong communication skills to work with staff and customers in a retail Cannabis environment. Evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school education required.
• Prior management experience preferred in retail or customer service.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all state regulations.
• Communicate and enforce company SOPs and ensure changes are relayed to staff.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with the GM/AGM.
• Perform system adjustments and analyze root causes to implement corrective actions.
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff as a key-holder.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and customer experience.
• Handle patient issues and escalations professionally.
• Maintain relationships with business partners and ensure confidentiality.
