Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in supervising store personnel, tracking inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires strong attention to detail, cash handling experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members; flexibility and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Communicate and enforce company SOPs and changes to employees.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with GM/AGM.
• Perform system adjustments and analyze root causes of variances.
• Open/close supervision responsibilities as a key-holding supervisor.
