Job summary

TPS Group Holdings, including The Paper Store and Uncharted, seeks an Allocation Analyst in Acton, MA. This role drives inventory efficiencies across retail locations, using sales trends, inventory levels, and demand forecasts to guide allocation decisions.

It requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills, and ability to work on-site four days a week. You will partner with buying and planning to align stock levels with assortment plans, support promotions, and ensure accurate inventory data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly collaborative and detail-oriented with strong time-management.

Responsibilities

Execute daily system-driven allocations and replenishments to maintain sales, margin, inventory turn, and in-stock levels across assortments.
Review store-level and e-commerce forecasts to ensure alignment with sales potential and inventory capacity.
Analyze inventory data and store-level trends to identify opportunities for reducing stockouts and excess inventory.
Partner with planning and buying teams to align allocation strategies and assortment plans; communicate replenishment needs.
Monitor end-to-end product flow from allocation to store delivery and resolve delays.
