Job summary

TPS Group Holdings, the family behind The Paper Store, Uncharted and Gifts & More, is seeking a Stockroom Specialist in Quincy, MA. You will deliver World Class Service, manage backroom organization, and support inventory control while assisting customers on the floor.

The role is part-time and requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office is desired, with a focus on accurate stock handling and customer-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Retail or specialty retail experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be mobile on floor/backroom
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver World Class Service using the GUEST approach
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and backroom organization
• Receive, stock, and price changes; maintain inventory accuracy
• Operate POS systems and assist customers with purchases
• Support leadership in scheduling and daily store tasks
