Job summary

TPS Group Holdings LLC is seeking an Allocation Analyst to drive inventory efficiencies across retail locations. The role involves reviewing forecasts, analyzing store trends, and partnering with planning and buying to optimize allocation strategies and assortment plans.

Responsibilities include daily allocations, inventory management, and coordinating with warehouses for timely movement. On-site Acton, MA, four days per week with a data-driven, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily allocations and replenishments to optimize sales and inventory.
• Review store-level and ecommerce forecasts for alignment with sales potential.
• Analyze inventory data and store trends to reduce stockouts.
• Collaborate with planning and buying to align allocation strategies.
• Maintain presentation minimums and store-specific assortment needs.
• Monitor end-to-end product flow from allocation to store delivery.
• Support inter-store transfers to optimize sell-through.
• Prepare post-launch results to inform optimization.
