Responsibilities

• Travel for architectural site surveys.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail-focused detailing and coordination.
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure complete, coordinated construction documents for landlord approval and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Assist the Project Manager with the coordination of the construction documents for approval.
• Attend virtual weekly OAC calls during construction and review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
• Attend weekly OAC calls throughout construction.
• Travel and perform construction site visits that may include a punch-list at completion.
