ActionLink is seeking an experienced Technician Team Leader in Framingham, MA to drive retail installations and merchandising projects from planning to completion.

You will lead on-site teams, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with store leadership and clients to deliver successful outcomes. This role emphasizes hands-on execution, leadership, and strong communication in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly or light construction preferred.
• Commitment to professionalism, accountability and high-quality execution.
• Ability to interpret planograms, installation guides, and project documentation.
• Experience using hand and power tools in a safe and responsible manner.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics and technology products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds from start to finish as a project lead or solo representative.
• Direct onsite teams to ensure project quality, safety and completion within established timelines.
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support successful client outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with store leadership, clients and team members
