ActionLink is seeking a hands-on Technician Team Leader to manage retail installation, merchandising, and display projects on-site. You will lead fixture installations, retail resets, and technology integrations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-quality results across projects.

The role requires coordinating onsite teams, interpreting planograms, and maintaining strong client relationships, with travel as needed and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience coordinating teams.
Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction.
Ability to interpret planograms and project documentation.
Professional, accountable, and focused on high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

Conduct retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds as a project lead or solo representative.
Direct onsite teams to ensure project quality, safety and completion within established timelines.
Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support successful client outcomes.
Build positive relationships with store leadership, clients and team members.
