Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience leading teams on field projects.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, or display builds.
• Professionalism, accountability, and high-quality execution.
• Ability to interpret planograms and installation guides.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics and technology displays.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and time management.
• Reliable smartphone with data access and access to a laptop/PC.
• Willingness to provide and maintain tools and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds as project lead or solo representative.
• Direct onsite teams to ensure project quality, safety and completion within established timelines.
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support successful client outcomes.
