Job summary

ActionLink seeks an energetic Team Leader for the Installation Team to oversee retail installations, merchandising projects and display builds in stores. The role combines hands-on execution with leadership to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.

The Team Leader coordinates on-site teams, communicates progress, and works closely with store leadership and clients to drive successful outcomes. Strong tool skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, or display assembly is preferred.
• Commitment to professionalism and high-quality execution.
• Ability to interpret installation guides and project documentation.
• Experience using hand and power tools in a safe, responsible manner.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics and technology products is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to complete project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retail installations, merchandising projects and display builds as a project lead or solo representative.
• Direct onsite teams to ensure project quality, safety and timely completion.
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support successful client outcomes.
