Job summary

ActionLink in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Technician Team Leader to head retail installation, merchandising, and display projects. This hands-on field role combines technical know-how with strong leadership to guide fixtures, resets, displays, and technology integrations.

You will lead onsite teams, ensure safety and quality, and communicate project status to clients. Regular full-time hours with occasional evening, weekend, or overnight travel are expected.

Qualifications

Proven leadership ability to coordinate and motivate teams.
Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction preferred.
Professionalism, accountability, and high-quality execution.
Ability to interpret planograms, installation guides, and project documentation.
Experience using hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

Lead retail installations and displays from start to finish.
Direct onsite teams to ensure quality, safety and timelines.
Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support client outcomes.
Build positive relationships with store leadership, clients and team members.
