Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a senior project manager to lead two retail store infrastructure projects focused on PIN pad delivery. This on-site role in Cincinnati, OH involves coordinating internal teams and external partners to milestones, while managing hardware deployment and resolving cross-functional dependencies.

Qualifications

• Retail store implementation experience is required.
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent communication to inform customers and all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to deliver objectives on time and within budget.
• Team motivation and delegation experience.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management, program management basics and portfolio concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify resources, and develop schedules.
• Establish and update project plans with actuals and forecasts.
• Design and implement the program governance model.
• Conduct project meetings, tracking, and analysis.
• Ensure objectives are documented and delivered to meet customer needs.
• Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track vendor deliverables.
• Communicate timely project status to stakeholders.
• Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical decisions and unresolved issues.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
