Job summary

Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. operates retail stores in Jamestown, ND, seeking a Retail Associate who will support merchandise receiving, pricing, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate electronic cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all patrons.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and sorting merchandise according to guidelines.
• Maintain store stock and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure store security and report any issues to the Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including janitorial duties.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report any incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
