Job summary

Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to handle merchandise intake and deliver friendly customer service, while promoting ESGWND's mission.

You will operate electronic cash registers, assist with pricing and inventory, and help maintain store safety and cleanliness during scheduled shifts.

The role requires basic math, strong communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds; pay is $15 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Consistently report for scheduled shifts, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Operate electronic cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all patrons.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and sorting merchandise according to guidelines.
• Maintain store stock and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure store security and report any issues to the Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including janitorial duties.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report any incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
