Wolfer’s Home Services is seeking an outgoing, energetic, part-time HVAC lead generator to represent us at Costco. This active engagement role involves approaching shoppers and identifying homeowners who may benefit from our HVAC services. You’ll earn $17.13/hour plus spiff opportunities, with weekly pay.

This is an active customer engagement role. You won't be sitting around waiting for customers to approach you. You'll be approaching Costco members, starting conversations, asking questions, and identifying homeowners who may have an HVAC need or be interested in learning more about their home's heating and cooling system.

The Big Task:

You'll represent Wolfer's inside Costco and actively engage shoppers to identify homeowners who may benefit from speaking with one of our HVAC Project Managers. You will be the first impression of Wolfer's, so your ability to be friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and genuinely interested in helping people is critical.

• Ask thoughtful questions to understand the customer's home, comfort needs, and potential HVAC concerns.
• Identify qualified homeowners who may be interested in speaking with an HVAC Project Manager.
• Secure accurate lead opportunities for our HVAC Project Managers to run.
• Quickly establish rapport and create a positive customer experience.
• Clearly and accurately communicate information about Wolfer's HVAC services.
• Gather accurate customer information and document leads using the provided tablet.
• Work closely with the Lead Generation Manager to ensure leads are complete and accurate.
• Communicate lead information accurately to the Lead Generation Manager and Dispatch Team.
• Consistently work toward lead-generation goals.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and positive presence while representing Wolfer's.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts is required.
