• Initiate background checks and drug tests; follow up on results.
• Process new hire paperwork and update I-9 records.
• Schedule and coordinate in-store or central training for staff.
• Maintain confidential associate files and HR records.
• Assist with associate surveys, performance reviews, and action planning.
• Ensure adherence to safety, food safety, and company policies.
