Jamesavery is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner – Retail for our Austin, TX area. The role leads HR across sites, shaping workforce and people strategies while ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive talent initiatives, and oversee associate relations, staffing, and performance management at market level. The position requires extensive HR leadership experience and a strong understanding of US employment laws, with travel to local markets as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• 8 years’ related experience across various HR subject areas.
• 5 years’ leadership experience.
• Strong customer orientation with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading organizational transformation across locations.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
• Financial competence and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS or similar systems.
• Willingness to travel to local work locations/markets.
