Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to lead onsite HR initiatives in staffing, training, engagement, orientation, onboarding, and administrative excellence for the Auburn Hills store.

You will support the General Manager and handle HRIS/Payroll tasks, employee relations, and benefits-related administration, while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to policy. Travel may be infrequent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources is preferred.
• 1-3 years HR and administrative/office experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing for hourly outfitters and onboarding.
• Coordinate training and ensure completion for location staff.
• Audit employment actions in HRIS/Payroll/Scheduling systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with recognition programs and communication of HR policies.
• Process invoices and monitor store expenses.
