Bass Pro Shops in Avon, OH is seeking an HR Specialist to lead onsite HR initiatives for the store team, including staffing, onboarding, training, engagement, and administrative excellence. You will support the General Manager and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR or administrative duties, strong communication, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle HR actions in HRIS/Payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with HRIS/Payroll systems and record keeping.

Responsabilités

• Lead staffing and onboarding for hourly associates.
• Coordinate training and engagement initiatives for store teams.
• Process and audit employment actions in HRIS/Payroll systems.
• Assist with General Manager with administrative duties.
• Handle invoicing, expenses, and store supplies.
