Job summary

Legoland Discovery Center Michigan is seeking a Retail Host to greet guests, manage lines, and keep the retail space inviting. This role is part of the Merlin Entertainments family and requires a warm, energetic personality and a service‑minded attitude.

You will engage with guests, support smooth operations, and help create magical experiences for families visiting the attraction. Weekend, holiday, and event coverage is expected, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
