Job summary

Merlin Entertainments' LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston is seeking a Cafe Host to deliver joyful guest experiences in a fast-paced attraction. You will work with a team to ensure excellent service, manage queues, and keep the cafe area welcoming.

Ideal candidates are friendly with 6–12 months experience in attractions or customer service, able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays; Merlin offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Experience in attractions or customer service is a plus.
• Energetic, friendly personality with strong communication.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
