Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, build displays).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
